Warranty Information

First go at getting a back work out in and it’s been great! Been able to simply set up for some super set work. Tomorrow begins the bicep work out with the attachment. I am a heavier guy as well(270lbs) and it feels extremely secure compared to my old bench.

I just finished my first workout with my brand new kettlebell and I'm happy with my purchase - it is a very solid piece of equipment, well thought. Its weight adjustment mechanism is awesome - so quick and easy. Because of it, now I can pyramid up and down, switch weights between exercises so fast that I keep my pace where I want it to be when it comes to heart rate zones and amount of tension having just one bell only. I literally do not need anything else anymore - my home gym is complete. And my other favorite part about it is that it is so much easier on my wrists that I was able to add 5lb to almost each exercise I do.

I love this machine. Being able to perform GHD’s and back extensions have made a big impact on my training. Although not the first thing you think of when building a home gym, this is what has made the biggest impact. I highly recommend this to anyone trying to take their training to the next level.

With my old bench, there was so much stuff I just lived with and didn’t realize what a difference it made. I didn’t think I cared about the zero gap seat, but it really does feel so much better. The padding is perfect, firm enough for heavy presses but not too hard. I love the half bench option. I don’t have any of the attachments so I can’t speak to those, but the bench itself is fantastic.

Received my hyper pro and ghd attachment in super quick time for a fantastic price.all you need to do is scan the qr code on the enclosed flash cards and follow the easy to follow step by step instructions to build.takes, maybe 15 minutes to assemble, and all parts are in seperate numbered plastic bags for ease of use.once set up it is sturdy and secure and really does take the place of many machines, meaning a much smaller footprint in your home gym.really impressed and could not be any happier.excited to see what freak athlete do next.

Love it! So sturdy, shipped in great condition, easy to put together. Impressed with how many uses. Overall great purchase.

Hyper Pro X is the most versatile machine I’ve ever used! It’s far and away the best purchase I’ve made for my garage gym. I especially love the leg attachment that lets me hit quads and hamstrings thoroughly. They also have excellent customer service and helped me out with a mistake on my end without hesitation. It was awesome! If you’re on the fence, just go for it. You won’t regret it!

This may be the greatest engineering feat in training equipment history! The knob system is easy to use and allows you to tighten every part of the machine to eliminate any wiggle or instability. The padding is extremely comfortable but still firm enough to feel supportive. The vinyl quality is also really rare to find. Most vinyl pulls your hair, whereas this is extremely smooth and looks and feels premium. There’s no other machine on the planet that gives you this type of versatility in a home gym, especially for its footprint. The leg developer and leg curl both have a very consistent strength curve. And because you’re doing the leg extension on a flat pad, you can open up your hip angle and put the quads in a greater stretch, which most commercial leg extension machines don’t allow you to do. This machine is biggest flex right now haha! Couldn’t ask for anything better!

So excited for this! Setting up my garage gym and this will be the perfect addition to add to it. Super easy to set up

My family and I are so excited to integrate this into our training routines. My daughter's already started to talk about the leg pump from the leg developer. The system was really easy to follow for construction. Love the videos that walk you through it, and for our small gym it's such a great space-saving way to add so many different training components to our sessions.

We bought the ABX, the Leg development attachment, the sit-up attachment, the dip bar, and the cable pulley attachment for our 16 year old grandson to use! Today was the 1st morning that he used it and he loves it!!! I ordered the power tower yesterday! We expect he will get great use from this system.

Been eyeing an adjustable kettle bell for a few months. Very happy I purchased from Freak Athlete. Easy to pop in a quick 20-30 min workouts between lab work and meetings. Sully is also happy because he gets to be my trainer!

I expect these to have a positive impact on my fitness aspirations and schedule. They provide a freedom that impacts personal life too. Weight range is pretty ideal, may buy a couple smaller bells though. I can take my pants off to train now. Bell feels a little more natural with weight added than just the shell. Perfect height for semi incline push ups if you get two. I also don’t love sweating at home but it’s a reasonable trade off. There’s still a place for the gym, but these could certainly eliminate the need if necessary. Design is well thought out, edges are not sharp and transitions are smooth. There are some form adjustments to make if you’re used to regular bells. After around 7 years of consistent traditional weight and machine lifting (natural) I accepted I probably won’t ever be a body builder. I’ve been doing mostly only kettle bells and running for the past 8 weeks, and have had these FA for a week and am definitely impressed and glad my Instagram algorithm had a rare targeted win.

Just got this and put it together, and I already love it. At 6'1", I love being able to do full extension back extensions, GHD, and more. Looking forward to really taking advantage of everything this machine offers!

The Hyper Pro has been a game changer for my modular home gym. The flexibility and capabilities of this machine are insane. The Hyper Pro, Leg Developer, and Belt Squat are invaluable to my workouts. The machine and attachments have transformed how I do leg day, back day, and my overall general mobility. The only issue I have is the inability to reach the 500lb stated capacity without 100lb plates. The bar is long enough to fit 5-45lb standard plates, but to reach closer to 500lbs the weight bar would need an extension. Otherwise this is an amazing piece of equipment that I would and have recommended to friends and family. It has a place in everyone’s home.

Really happy with the Freak Athlete Hyper Pro. It’s a fantastic and highly functional piece of equipment, especially for a small home gym. It allows you to do a wide variety of exercises without needing multiple different machines, while taking up very little space. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to get the most out of a smaller training space! 💪 And sorry for the mess in the photo — my home gym isn’t always this tidy! 😅

I was trying to decide between this bench and the nighthawk. I liked the fact that the ABX top could fold down and that i could use iron master attachments with it, but i couldn't get around thr price. Then I snagged it on sale and am so thankful that I did. I had been using a cheap Amazon bench prior to this and knew I wanted a "forever bench" that was 1. Sturdy, 2. Stores standing up, 3. Takes attachments, 4. Has a fold down top (as a nice to have). This bench is great!

Its a beast! Seems complicated at first but turns out very easy to use, lots of exercises possible. A sturdy machine

This thing, like everything Freak builds, is so solid! And it’s more versatile than any home gym curl attachment/machine I’ve ever used. You can use it both ways on the bench: facing forward or backward. And it’s very adjustable: latitude and longitude. I’m jacked, literally, to own this attachment.

This bench is just as amazing as they say it is. It was super easy to assemble, very durable, adjustable, and everything I could ask for. One small piece of it did arrive bent which prevented me from putting the cushion on, but I was able to bend back into place so everything is all good there. I would love to buy another one day with other color options because I couldn’t recommend this bench enough.

Love the versatility of this equipment. I have the leg developer and squat attachments. Love being able to get a full posterior chain workout from one piece of equipment.

Love the hyper pro! Got it for my clients at my personal trainer / Physical therapy studio. We use it in both rehab and performance. Love the versatility it brings and how easy all the attatchments work. I got it with the GHD and leg attatchment. We just ordered two ABX benches so we are hoping they have the same quality and smoothness 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.

Fantastico, hoy me ha llegado, lo he montado en aproximadamente 40 min, y es super robusto y tal como esperaba, máxima calidad

This kettlebell is great! Love the quick weight adjustment, especially when I’m training clients. If the weight’s too light, so easy to add more…which they love! 😂

The Freak Athlete Hyper Pro has been one of the best additions I’ve made to my home gym. As a new dad, I’ve fully embraced the home gym lifestyle, and equipment like this has allowed me to continue training seriously while still being present with my family. I’ve been using the Hyper Pro consistently for the past 6 months, and it has quickly become one of the most valuable pieces of equipment in my gym. As a former college football player, I’ve put my body through a lot over the years, including multiple knee surgeries. At 6’6” and 235 lbs, I’ve always needed equipment that can handle my size while still providing the right adjustments and support for effective training. Since retiring from football in 2022, I’ve tried a lot of different methods to rebuild strength, stability, and durability, and the Hyper Pro has done more for strengthening my knees and improving my overall lower-body health than anything else I’ve used. The build quality is outstanding, it feels extremely solid, and the versatility is what makes this machine stand out. The ability to perform back extensions, reverse hypers, core work, and other accessory movements in one compact piece of equipment has been a game changer. It provides the type of training options you would normally need multiple machines to achieve. Being 6’6”, I also appreciate the adjustability and thoughtful design. It feels stable, comfortable, and built for serious training. Assembly was straightforward, and the quality of the materials exceeded my expectations. This is one of those pieces of equipment that delivers far more value than its footprint suggests. Whether you’re an athlete, someone rebuilding after injuries, or just trying to build a stronger and healthier body, the Freak Athlete Hyper Pro is an incredible investment. After 6 months of consistent use, I can confidently say it has earned a permanent spot in my home gym.

I've had my eye on the Freak Athlete Hyper Pro for almost a year before finally pulling the trigger, and it's been worth the wait. The equipment arrived very well packaged, with everything protected and organized for assembly. The online assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made setup a smooth process. I bought this machine to strengthen my back and knees and to help maintain a strong, healthy body overall. A few weeks in, it's already become a regular part of my routine. My two favorite exercises so far are the back extension and the leg extension — both feel smooth and well-supported. The machine itself is very well built and sturdy, and adjusting it between different exercises is quick and intuitive. Overall, a great investment for anyone looking to build strength safely at home.

Amazed with this stuff. So much potenital with it, yet so simple to use it. Assemble guide was great aswell 💪😎

Perfect addition to a squat rack for complete leg coverage. Solid construction and very sturdy! Once you get used to the knob adjustments you can move fairly quickly between exercises.

I’ve been using the Freak Athlete Hyper Pro for several weeks now, and it’s honestly become one of the best investments I’ve made for my home gym. For some context, I train four days a week and take my training seriously, but I’m not a competitive athlete. My priority is building strength and muscle while staying healthy for the long term. I also have a history of knee issues, including an ACL-deficient knee and patellofemoral pain, so having equipment that allows me to strengthen my legs safely is incredibly important. The biggest surprise has been just how versatile this machine is. I originally bought it for the leg extension and leg curl attachments, but I’ve ended up using almost every feature. The Nordic curl, GHD, reverse hyper movements, split squats, and belt squat options have all become valuable parts of my training. The leg extension and leg curl attachments deserve special mention. The resistance curve feels smooth, setup is quick, and they make it possible to get a great lower-body workout without needing large commercial machines. As someone focused on knee rehabilitation and balanced leg development, having these exercises available at home has been a game changer. What impressed me even more is the build quality. Everything feels solid and well engineered. Once assembled, the Hyper Pro feels stable and inspires confidence, even during demanding exercises. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the design, especially considering how many different movements it supports while keeping a relatively compact footprint. Another thing I appreciate is that it has actually changed how I train. Instead of avoiding certain movements because of my knees, I now have controlled ways to strengthen the muscles around the joint. Over the past few weeks I’ve become more confident during my lower-body sessions, and I’ve even been able to reduce the time of my leg workouts while improving the quality of my training. No product is perfect, but I honestly struggle to find major criticisms. Like any highly versatile piece of equipment, there’s a learning curve at first, and you’ll probably spend some time figuring out your preferred setups. Once you’ve done that, switching between exercises becomes surprisingly efficient. If you’re looking for a single piece of equipment that combines rehabilitation, athletic development, strength training, and hypertrophy in a home gym, I think the Hyper Pro is exceptional. It has replaced several machines that simply wouldn’t fit in my training space while opening up new exercise options I didn’t have before. For me, this wasn’t just another home gym purchase—it became a central part of my training. It’s rare that a piece of equipment actually changes how you approach your workouts, but the Hyper Pro has done exactly that.

This is the SERIOUS bench I’ve always deserved! This beast is heavy duty, wildly adjustable, and sexy as the day is long! The engineering that went into to this bench is impressive. The wife and I are already loving it after one workout.

I bought it for my wife’s birthday and it has quickly become a staple piece of equipment in our garage. We have the power rack & weights, the rower and fan bike, and now we have piece of machinery that our cores were dreading and wishing for. Our daughter and two boys are crushing it with the hip thrusts and leg developer attachments. We are low on space, but this accommodates all of what we need to have a full home gym!

Hyper pro is amazing. I hurt a disc in my back and its been crucial with physical therapy exercises and rehab.

Really nice build quality, very sturdy with more than enough adjustment for both myself and my wife. Worth every penny

Wow... I've been looking for sometime now for a bench that can minimise my floor space but at the same time to be versatile and well built, all my research kept bringing me back to the ABX bench. My only hesitation was the cost and to be honest I thought it may have been a scam also, but after placing the order the package with all the additions arrived within 4 days. I was absolutely shocked just how quick it was and how well packaged also. After having set it up and used it, I can see why it's value is what it is but it would've been great if it was maybe $200 cheaper. Other than cost I'm trying to find some negatives in the purchase overall but don't have any. Very happy customer.

I have always used a traditional weight bench or machines at the gym. I wasn't sure I would like the Hyper Pro, but I'm actually loving it! The versatility with the configurations and the attachments really add to the value this bench provides. Some of the exercises are a little challenging because I've never done them, but they're something new and they definitely work! I'm training for my second marathon and the leg attachment and squatting belt are key to building leg strength. They are must haves! I'm sold, so glad I made this purchase, and would highly recommend. I've already canceled my gym membership 😀

This thing is a BEAST!!! Never would’ve bit the bullet on kettlebells if this didn’t come out, super pleased and happy I got it!

Purchasing using my HSA was seamless. Assembly took a while but was easy using the instructional videos and not hurrying. I have a history of multiple lumbar surgeries. I use the machine for inclined nordics, GHD sit-ups, reverse hyper, and inclined back extensions. In two weeks I’ve stabilized my core more than in the previous two years. The GHD sit-ups are one of very few exercises I can actually work with max effort on, without feeling a strain or limitation from my lower back. Because of the strength and stability O am building, I’m having less pain and greater activity tolerance. Being able to actually go hard at an exercise is a major mental relief after so many years living within careful moderation of effort to avoid re-injury. Thank you Freak Athlete!

I outgrew my lighter KBs a bit ago but didn't want to keep adding additional bells to my collection, my space is limited. Other adjustable KBs wouldn't work, either - they either didn't go up to a high enough weight, had clucky adjustments, or were cheaply made. These surpassed all those requirements and then some. Well made, easy to adjust, space-saving, and I can see myself using these for MANY years to come. Outstanding product.

The machine is SO well made and the company so well run! I haven’t fixed my back yet but I will eventually with the help and inspiration of The Freak Athlete!

Was this cheap? No. Does it feel cheap? No. This beast of a bench is amazing! I can’t wait for the other accessories to come in so I can continue to play with it. The best part is how it will take my Tonal system workout to a whole new level. More to come but with just the bench and the leg developer has been a welcome addition to my home gym.

Absolutely love the bench. It’s everything I’ve wanted. I spent literally three months researching before I settled on this, and I feel like it was 100% the right decision. Fit and finish, quality, function. It has it all. 10 out of 10, would buy again.!

I absolutely love this thing!! My home gym is now complete! Been needing a way to do extensions and ham-curls without a bunch of setting up of the cable machines. My wife lives how easy it is to setup and move. It isn't flimsy like you get with other adjustable benches. It stays put and feels super secure. Benched 120lbs on incline the other day for the first time and it felt so stable even when I wasnt 😅 definitely have to add this to your gym setup!

I was getting desperate to find a solution to ongoing lower back issues. I saw the hyper pro on social media and was skeptical at first. I’ve now been using it every other day for a couple of weeks and I’m super excited about what I think my outcomes will be. Such good workouts for my lower back that I wasn’t able to get at home. In addition, I’m very limited on space and this thing packs up in the corner of the room even better than I had thought. I’m really trying to avoid injury so I’m taking it very slow to start and I love the progression that this machine offers. I hope in six months to be lower back pain pain-free. Don’t make the same mistake that I did by leaving the leg attachment off. I will be ordering that in the next week or so because I love this machine so much.

I just got these and I already love them. Solid and durable, these are the ultimate adjustable kettlebells! And I even love the bright orange logo! So sick!

Super cool product! Can’t wait to give it a try…just started getting into KB movements, and everything so far feels so smooth!

Great for GHD work at home I bought the Hyper Pro mainly so I could do GHD back extensions, sit-ups, and side bends at home, but I’ve ended up using it for more than just that. It’s been really nice having one piece of equipment that lets me hit those movements without needing a full commercial GHD taking up a ton of space. Assembly was pretty straightforward, and everything felt solid once it was put together. I also like that it doesn’t feel flimsy or like a compromise just because it’s made for a home gym. Overall, I’m really happy with it. It gives me the GHD-style training I wanted, plus some extra options I didn’t fully expect to use as much. Definitely a great addition to my setup.

To say we have a small home gym is an understatement. We've gotta pack everything we can into about 30 square feet and the HyperPro fits beautifully. It packs A TON of use into a small footprint--it's definitely one of the best investments we've made in our workout space.

Absolutely the best bench out there!! Very sturdy packaged well not a single blemish on it. Two things I would like to see is a decline setting for the seat and a plastic surround for the attachment port opening. I would also love to see a sturdy version of a lat pull-down attachment in the future to add to this, that could possibly attach to the leg developer as well.

Push-Pull-Squat at the ready. Helping me adjust gravity quickly to realize gains. The birthday gift that keeps on giving.

TL;DR- Exceptionally versatile and value! Don’t hesitate to purchase! (Plus easy hack to create a more complete reverse hyper experience) I’ve had two disc herniations at L5 and S1 for many years and previously had significant sciatica. Years ago I focused on strengthening my core and posterior strap muscles with weight training and it completely alleviated my symptoms. Well time and life caught up with me and past 6 months my symptoms returned. I knew I needed to refocus on my core and back strengthening and drop weight. I researched what I could add to my home gym to accomplish all of this and not overwhelm the footprint of my gym space. I decided on the Freak Athlete Hyper, GHD and leg developer. It has surpassed all my expectations! It’s infinitely versatile and has already improved my symptoms and I couldn’t be more impressed. One of the knocks I had seen was that it wasn’t a “true reverse hyper”. While on its own is somewhat true as there is no build in resistance. But using the monkey feet I already had I am able to perform a pretty pure reverse hyper! I’m already improving my Nordic and the leg developer is the icing on the cake! It stores in corner and takes up minimal space. Couldn’t ask for a more complete multi use piece of equipment and highly recommend ! Thanks to Freak Athlete I’m on the road to reversing my sciatica and improving my core and lower body strength!

Awesome assembly instructions love the labels on packaging for each step. Great hardware and strong structural bench. I’ve had extreme back issues and this is the way to build lower back strength. Thank you Freak Athlete for a great machine and a life long commitment to no mor Back Pain!

The hyper pro is an amazing addition to my home gym. The value is unmatched compared to similar competing models. The hyper pro machine provides a very reliable way to strengthen your posterior chain. I have been able to increase my excercise variability and also decrease the floor space of my gym by being able to get rid of multiple 1 use machines. This machine is very dynamic and the quality of design and craftsmanship is superb.

This thing is solid. I had some doubts with just a pin holding all the plates in a hollow shell but it feels like a solid kettlebell when you pick it up. This is my favorite piece of equipment and I can't wait to do more workouts with it!

Awesome bench. Huge amount of adjustability unlocking many exercises that are awkward on conventional benches like seal rows, overhead triceps and preacher curls. Got the bicep attachment which is great addition. I already pulled the trigger on a hyper pro months ago so have the leg developer there or would have also added that attachment. Super impressed again by build quality, usability and delivery speed and ease to assemble thanks to online step by step videos and packaging of parts. If anyone is pausing on the cost of this or ABX from my perspective these will be in my garage gym for life now so will pay back many times in the long run and motivate me now to train to have healthspan to enjoy them!!

For those wondering, this kettlebell is absolutely legit. Just testing this out at multiple weights the moment I got it in was great and it’s held up perfectly during my lift days. For those who are on the fence about getting this I can wholeheartedly say this is worth every penny.

Excellent build y'all, overhead press feel smooth on the forearm. It's a cool little iron dome stuffed with viva la resistance! I have a super sweet minimal set up and now through the power of engineering, it is even more dynamic. Looking forward moving this thing around for years. Welcome home iron dome! Also, the info on the bell, very useful, domes empty weight is actually engraved so won't wear of until the apocalypse and ya gotta be smart enough to move a pin. Very pleased with purchase.

Love it! This is by far the best adjustable kettlebell I’ve used. It feels and moves like a standard competition kettlebell, with the weight centered perfectly in the bell. The plates lock in tight with absolutely no rattling, shifting, or sloppy feel that plagues many other adjustable options. The adjustment pin is rock solid and inspires complete confidence. I’ve never once worried about it coming loose during a workout. The overall feel rivals the premium competition kettlebells that can cost $1,000+ for a full set. What really stands out is the balance. Because the weight distribution is so well executed, it feels fantastic during complex movements, flows, cleans, snatches, and other dynamic exercises, not just basic swings and presses. Everything feels smooth, controlled, and natural. I’m extremely happy with this purchase. My only complaint? I should have bought a second one from the start.

The Freak Athlete Adjustable Kettlebell is an absolute game changer. From the moment I picked it up, the craftsmanship stood out: solid, sleek, and built like it means business. The weight adjustment is fast and easy, so I can keep my workout moving without fumbling around. I also love how much space it saves while still giving me the power of multiple kettlebells in one portable setup. It feels premium, performs beautifully, and makes training at home way more efficient. Freak Athlete nailed it with this one!

5 stars — A serious hamstring and strength tool I use the Hyper Pro every day and it’s been a game changer. The Nordic curl setup is outstanding — nothing else comes close for hamstring development at home. I’ve noticed real strength gains since adding it consistently to my training, the kind of progress that’s hard to achieve without access to a gym with dedicated equipment. Build quality is excellent and it holds up to daily use without complaint. It’s compact enough for a home gym but feels like proper kit. If you’re serious about building strength and want a machine that actually delivers, this is it.

When three big boxes were delivered to my house, I wondered what I had gotten myself into, and then, as I unboxed them, my trepidation grew even worse. As a Gen X’er, I'd become used to overly confusing owners' manuals. So I was shocked when I didn't find a heavy envelope filled with a tree's worth of paper and a bag of barely labeled bolts, nuts, and other strange parts, but instead a QR code and individually labeled step-by-step bags for each sequence of steps to put everything together. The QR code led to clear video instructions that followed the parts bag without any confusion. What looked like an intimidating task turned out to be a breeze.

My son is loving the versatility of the Freak Athlete. Assembly was super easy with all the individual packing and crystal clear instructions on assembly. The reverse hypers and leg attachment for leg curls and extensions is worth the money alone.

The bench came in today, video instructions were spot on. No difficulty with assembly and it is fantastic.

Installation was a breeze! Packaging was very well done everything showed up beautiful and clean. Video instructions were spot on.

Love my Hyper Pro! My goal with my home gym is to be able to utilize this small space with the most “bang for my buck” and this thing fits in a small space, stores easy, is easy to maneuver around and set up. Really enjoying how much this expanded what I’m able to do in my gym in such a small storage footprint.

The bench was very easy to assemble and fits perfectly in my small living room for getting those morning workouts before I go to work. I love the variable positions in the vertical storage.

So happy with my purchase! Was tired of waiting around for equipment or inconvenient hours of operation at our local gym, so decided to have a mini gym at home. Wanted a sturdy bench that not only worked good, but looked the part as well. And since I don’t have room for a lot of equipment, being able to have attachments is a bonus. Loving it so far and even have my wife working out on it now (and she hasn’t been to a gym in forever as she can’t stand that they blast the music).

Extremely happy with this bench. I was excited to use it for chest supported rows, but was surprised at how well it works. With the multiple adjustments it allows me to set it up so I can pick DBs up from the ground instead of doing the awkward shuffle straddling the bench with a DB in each hand to setup. Rock solid and very high quality. Assembly was pretty straightforward, though I would personally prefer a manual first approach with video to support if needed. Not a big deal overall, and very happy with the product.

I am a physical therapist and use this often in my clinic to help many active clients with various injuries get back to doing what they love! I have been dealing with my own low back pain and sciatica for the past few months and have been using it myself to rehab and got for my home gym. Freak athlete hyper pro is helping me get back to having less pain and doing what I love with my family and friends and has been a game changer in my workouts! I love how variable it can be and is a really quality gym equipment that I feel safe having clients and my family use!

Super solid bench, easy to move, takes up very little space. So glad I didn’t go with the Walmart special. Worthwhile investment.

I consider the FA Hyper Pro a foundational piece of my gym setup. You can spend a lot of money on gear, and not get this type of functionality. After 1 use you’ll be fully comfortable with the transitions, and the strength curve on many of the exercises is fantastic. Extremely happy with this addition, and would absolutely recommend this for everyone who wants to move better!

I found the perfect bench for my garage gym! Now I can add the perfect accessory movements to leg days! Compact and sturdy!

This is better than any bench I’ve ever used at a commercial gym! You can tell this thing is made with quality as a priority, because it’s sturdy as a rock. I’m just starting to build the very basics of a beginner home gym, so my setup is still very minimalist. So a key consideration for me was versatility and expandability. The adjustable headrest is allowing me to do conveniently do so many more exercises, and although I haven’t purchased any attachments yet, I do like the fact that I have so many options to build off of this. I was a little hesitant at first to make my first bench purchase such a premium option, but I have zero regrets so far - I feel like I’m going to enjoy this bench for a long time!

Good bench. Helps with lower back, legs and ab muscles. 12/10 would recommend again. 2 thumbs way up!

Love the sturdyness of the weight bench. I wish it came in more colors other than white but it works for now! I love it and great purchase

Two is One, One is None. Huge fan of these kettlebells and a fantastic upgrade over the plastic-y kettlebells I was using before. Grip is wide, scalloping is great, and the markings are super helpful. All around win for me!

Build quality is excellent. Very easy to put together. No issues with delivery. Very happy with my purchase. Also purchased the leg developer and ab developer. It’s been great using both. It’s apparent that the design was well thought out. I’m coming from a CENTR Bench and this is such a huge step up.

Bench quality surpassed my expectations. Very solidly built & great premium finish. The bench adjustment is quiet & smooth. Easy to setup out of the box. Zero-seat gap works perfectly, incline options are optimal. By far the best bench I’ve ever used or owned! No complaints, very high quality & worth the cost.

Its a freakin‘ great piece of manufacturing for the most versatile and professional workout @ home 💪

Spinal stenosis of L4/L5, frayed labrum in hip so needed to build up my glute, ham, and lower back strength. Day 1 and I’m loving it. Very stable and easy to adjust. Multiple incline levels make it so someone like me who needs to start at the beginning doesn’t jump to end right off the start. Quality product.

If you’ve been relying solely on a squat rack for your lower body training, the Freak Athlete Hyper Pro is the missing piece of the puzzle. It has completely transformed my workout diversity, opening up a range of posterior chain and core movements that were previously impossible to hit with just a barbell. The build quality is top-notch—it feels incredibly sturdy and professional-grade, handling heavy loads without any wobble. What really stood out, though, was the assembly process. The video instructions provided by Freak Athlete make it remarkably easy to put together; you aren't stuck squinting at vague diagrams, which is a huge win. If you're looking to bridge the gap between basic heavy lifting and elite-level accessory work, this is easily one of the best investments you can make for your home gym. Would you like me to help you draft a specific leg day routine that incorporates the Hyper Pro alongside your squat rack?

I have been using these kettlebells for a few workouts already and love the quick adjusment it provides. Feels comfortable on the wrist. I have a few of the other types of adjustable kettlebells and this one surpasses them all in comfort and ease of weight change especially when doing nothing but kettlebell training. Glad I got 2 of them! I don't mind the pin sticking out a bit, doesnt affect my workouts. Love them!

It's my most used piece of equipment...and I've only had it for 3 days! I love the quick change feature and weight range, it allows for so much versatility and ease of use. I found the forearm groves to be quite comfortable compared to my former quick change kettlebell. They are actually more compact than I imagined them to be. Even though I saw the delivery driver roll the packages to the front of the truck, everything inside arrived in perfect condition. The downsides are fairly minimal. They rattle a bit in certain movements, but I don't really notice it and it's no more rattle than my other adjustables. Also, the numbers can be difficult to see, so I see myself painting the numbers and maybe color coding the holes. Huge thanks to the team at FA for bringing this product to market! Zero regrets on this purchase.

Very good attachment considering it's on a bench. I like the rubber grips (hate knurled anything 'cause it destroys my skin). Good for leg raises, too.

Delivery was fast and efficient. Instruction videos made it easy to put together. So far did the intro core workout and playing around with the leg developer / cable attachment. Build quality is solid and surprised how stable it gels while using it. Good addition to the gym and look forward to it adding to my training.

I bought this back in December for my boyfriend’s Christmas gift and we’ve both been using it since— let me just say, this thing is a BEAST! It improved our space with how easy it is to store away, not to mention how sleek it looks! On top of that, it took our routines to a whole other level with all the ways you can maneuver it to match your workouts. It got us feeling amped and motivated to hit all our goals! As someone who loves to keep things tidy and organized, especially a gym space, this is hitting every box! The package showed up in great condition and even early! 1000000% would recommend for anyone looking to start up a home gym 🤪😎🤩

We’re really happy with the result and the overall quality of the bench. It feels very sturdy (sturdy enough to turn me upside down 😉). The only small downside was that the instructions didn’t really align with what we received, ladder system and head rest support still had to be installed which wasn’t reflected in the manual but it was easy to figure out. Overall, very satisfied!

Setup - Clear, easy and organised Storage - Great that it stores upright to help save room Quality/stability - All parts work great and iv had no concerns about stability Overall - Very happy with this products versatility, ease and quality

Freak Athlete knocked it out of the park with this product! As a Hyper Pro customer already, I immediately purchased this knowing the fit and finish would be spectacular and I was right. The attention to detail starts with the heavy duty packaging it arrived in. The instructional videos for setting the ABX up made it a breeze to assemble fast. The versatility and comfortability of this bench is unmatched. This is the last workout bench you will ever need to purchase! The dip attachment I purchased separately is also a must as it is extremely sturdy with no wobble. I highly recommend adding to to your home gym setup!

We love being able to work out as a family. My teenagers come out and work out with us every day. We canceled our gym membership and all work out together at home!

Hello from Bulgaria. I liked the Hyper Pro based on YouTube videos, and I was hesitating whether to buy the ABX or the Hyper Pro, I wasn't quite sure, so I bought both :) Hyper Pro is already here. I've tried it a few times, first time using it seemed impossible, but now I think I gradually am getting the knack of it. Like it more with every new use or newly discovered exercise. Had some unclear things, addressed them to the team and got some reasonable answers. Looking forward to receiving the ABX bench, too, so that I could have almost the entire attachments ecosystem. Thank you for the good product. Wish you all the best in the future. Best regards, Krasimir Paskulov Ruse, Bulgaria

Super easy instructions! Loved how great it was packaged too. I’m 5’9” and 215#, there’s a little wobble but if all the knob’s are tightened down, you’re golden. Super solid unit for a home gym space! Excited to keep my house full of soccer players more injury proof!

Really impressed with the Hyper Pro so far. Feels sturdier and smoother than expected after watching and reading a ton about it beforehand. Setup and exercise changes are straightforward, and once everything is tightened properly it feels very stable. Even the reverse hyper exceeded my expectations. Solid build and great overall experience.

Super versatile machine. Easy to assemble with clear video instructions. Robust construction. Readily adjustable to fit both me (5ft 2in) and my husband (6ft). Feeling stronger already!

Having been in the fire service for the past 15 years, the Freak Athlete Hyper Pro is a stable in my fitness and longevity regiment! It’s durable, easy to use, and offers the functionality of multiple pieces of equipment, make it an obvious choice for the novice all the way through to the enthusiast. I highly recommend the Hyper Pro and Freak Athlete’s other line of equipment! Mike J

I’ve been using a junky bench for years and finally splurged for a premium bench. The ABX has been great so far. The quality is great and I am loving the zero gap! Also I need to mention: I was really happy how Freak Athlete’s customer service kept me updated whenever there was a change in the pre-ordering timeline. It seems small, but it was greatly appreciated for such a large purchase personally.

Love this thing. Honestly one of the best investments we’ve made for our home setup. The Freak Athlete bench is basically a full gym in one piece of equipment. It’s rock solid, super well built, and insanely versatile. You can go from back extensions to core work to split squats, Nordic curls, and more in minutes without swapping a bunch of bulky machines or cluttering the space. The attachments feel thoughtfully designed and everything locks in tight, so it actually feels safe and stable, not gimmicky. What surprised me most is how much it actually replaces. It’s like having several machines you’d normally only find in a commercial gym, but in a footprint that fits in a garage or spare room. Setup is straightforward, adjustments are quick, and it just makes it easier to stay consistent because there’s no barrier to getting a good session in. If you’re serious about training at home and want one piece of equipment that actually does a lot, this bench is 100 percent worth it. Zero regrets.

This Sit-Up Attachment very well packaged and assembly was super easy! The construction is just what you would expect from Freak Athlete!

Freak Athlete knocked it out of the park. Assembly was simple with easy to follow video instructions and individual bags packaged and marked for each step. As for working out with the hyper pro, this machine eliminates all the excuses to neglect taking care of yourself. Back, core, knees, and overall lower body strength are exploding!

We bought the hyper pro specifically for the leg extension (hamstring too) along posture chain exercises. It is so much better than we expected and far more stable than I could have imagined, it feels like a piece of commercial gym equipment. It's also very easy to use, I appreciate the color coded knobs makes it very simple. Learning curve is low also. I highly recommend this for any home gym, especially somebody recovering from a joint or tendon injury.

Love this bench! Great construction and assembly was a breeze!!! Can't wait for the attachments to ship!

I assembled my Hyper Pro this morning, although the leg developer and upper body attachments are mysteriously missing. The packaging is pretty good, and the instructions (via QR) and organization are incredible. It took maybe 30 minutes from start to finish with no confusion. I would suggest using a 11/16 ratchet or ratcheting wrench to save yourself a lot of heartache. It moves a little more than I expected while getting into position but during exercises it is extremely stable and comfortable. Figuring out the different positions is simple even without the online instructions. This was well worth the cost and I'd recommend it to anyone! Now if I could only get the remainder of the order that should have delivered 6 days ago...

Feeling like I've gained strength and better overall posture already after one month of use. Enjoying the back workout!

After a lifting accident, I tweaked my back and was dealing with persistent pain and hesitation every time I trained. The Freak Athlete Hyper Pro has already made a noticeable difference, I’m moving with less pain and feel far more confident in my workouts. It’s easy to use, feels solid, and has helped me trust my back again. Highly recommend for anyone rehabbing or trying to protect their spine.

The Hyper Pro is completely changing my body for the best. After only 3 weeks I’m already experiencing way less lower back pain. I’m also seeing and feeling a better core strength. The workouts it enables me to do are also so much fun!

Loving the Hyper Pro. I never realized how much I was missing on posterior chain work before getting this machine. I’m feeling so much stronger and balanced now.

I love this thing. I’m a 54 year old male trying to bullet proof his body for the years ahead. This things trains some serious weaknesses of mine. I thought about it for six months before hitting “BUY”. I shouldn’t have waited. It exceeds my expectations. On top of all that, the assembly experience was awesome. Easy to identify parts, well-labeled hardware bags for each step, and a clear, step-by-step video.

Perfect addition! Extremely fast shipping. Bought Saturday night and was delivered Wednesday. Husband opened the box and bolts and immediately exclaimed “I love this company”. Best part of installation was how clearly labeled all tiny parts were. Overall, very excited about the Hyper Pro!!

NFL Vet Approved I received the Hyper Pro for Christmas, and as a former NFL player, I’ve spent a lifetime training on top-tier commercial equipment. I am generally skeptical of home gym gear, but the Hyper Pro blew me away. At 6'6" and 310 lbs., stability is my number one concern. I need to trust that the equipment won't shift or buckle under heavy load. After setting this up and testing a few movements, I felt completely locked in. The construction is incredibly solid, and the engineering is top-notch. It didn’t wobble or creak; it just performed. If you are a larger athlete looking for quality, constructed stability at home, this is the one. Kudos to Freak Athlete for building a machine that can actually handle pro-level size and strength.

I enjoy this hyper pro machine a lot. It allows me to do glute ham raises and many other lower body exercises. With the leg developer attachment, I like how it allows me to do leg extensions and lying leg curls. This is an excellent addition to my home gym.

I'm already stoked about this machine. So many movements done so well! The first thing that impressed me as I unpacked the Hyper Pro were the hardware bags labeled for each step. What a simple and genius thing to make the assembly that much smoother. My five year old, Titus, helped me with the process. Once together, I LOVE the Nordic Curls, leg extension, and belt squat. Well done, Freak Athlete. I'm looking forward to years of use!

Amazing product! Customer service was very helpful! A friend of mine has this and after one training session with him I had to have it! Really elevating my workout routine! A must have for every home gym!

What a solid bit of kit the freak is. The instructions are the best I have ever come across from a flat pack, so simple to follow. The variety of workouts you can do with this is amazing, my clients love the variety. Well done Freak Athlete this kit if the business

Very happy with my purchase! The machine was easy to assemble, and the instructions were clear and quick to follow. In addition, the usage demonstrations were also very good and clear. The machine is stable, comfortable, and has many adjustment options that make it high quality. It is flexible, sturdy, and pleasant to use. Great, i love it!

I just finished building my freak athlete hyper pro lastnight. So far this machine/product has surpassed my expectations. i will do 30 days of workouts for this in an apartment. then 30 days in a pt studio with clients and a final review for my youtube channel. This is the first piece of equipment i have chosen to start my journey on equipment reviews and content creation. Stay tuned. Jason Arnold Pure Energy Fitness The Fitness Ninjas
