What movements can I train with the Upper Body Kit?

You can train Seated Rows, Skullcrushers, Facepulls, Woodchops, Bicep Curls, and Standing Rows.

Can I use my own strap instead of the Upper Body Kit?

The Upper Body Kit includes an eyebolt which installs onto the Leg Developer. While technically you could install your own eyebolt to use your own strap, most straps will not work well with the Leg Developer.

The Multi Strap features 5 different length adjustments which were each selected with specific movements in mind.
