No, the Hyper Pro and Leg Developer Attachment do not come with weight plates.

How does the Leg Developer Attachment compare to traditional bench attachments?

What size weight plates does the Leg Developer Attachment support?

The Leg Developer supports both standard (1") and Olympic (2") weight plates. It includes an Olympic weight sleeve adapter which attaches over the standard size weight sleeve.

How long does it take to assemble the Leg Developer Attachment?

Assembly takes 10-15 minutes. All required tools are included in the box.

Will the attachments work with the Nordic Hyper GHD?

All our attachments are backwards compatible and work with both the Nordic Hyper GHD and the Hyper Pro versions.

If you own a Nordic Hyper GHD, you will need a Pro Upgrade Kit to ensure backwards compatibility. We'll include the Pro Upgrade Kit at no extra cost as a thank-you for being an early adopter. Just make sure to include the Pro Upgrade Kit when adding the GHD Attachment to cart.
