GHD/Sit-Up Pad Upgrade Kit

This upgrade kit only applies to you if you ordered a Nordic Hyper before Oct 3. All later orders include a GHD/Sit-Up pad. 

Completely Modular: The GHD Pad attaches by high-quality self fastener to turn your Nordic Hyper into a full sized Glute-Ham Developer. This unlocks full range of motion in the following exercises:

• Glute-Ham Raise
• GHD Sit-Up
• Reverse Hyperextension
• 90° Back Extension

The Sit-Up Pad neatly inserts into the head of the Nordic Hyper making sit-ups extremely comfortable.
