Excellent addition to the Hyper Pro bench. Attaching to a cable machine means consistent resistance through the whole movement. If I had a minor criticism. The length of the bench + cable meant I had to move some things around to fit it in. I appreciate that there is no perfect length for everybody. Perhaps offering/supplying up to 3 lengths may make this easier.

I don't know how they do it but the guys at Freak Athlete just keep making something that is already great, even better. This saved me having to lug plates around my home gym with the added benefit of a constant resistance (mind you, even without this I still found the resistance curve pretty good - this is just better).

For leg extensions I prefer the resistance curve of free weights, but for leg curls the resistance is better at the top. With free weights it kind of drops on your butt at the top :)

This product works as it should though I think is a little expensive for what it is, it does give additional functionality for people with cable machines, though with the leg attachment, the overall unit is quite heavy and incorporating the leg attachments on to the hyper pro isn’t intuitive and can be quite cumbersome. That being said as with all Parts of the hyper pro it is well-made, well packaged and does what it says on the Tin. It would be nice if the cable attachment had a couple of additional cable lengths in it.
