To me this is essentially a must have with this leg developer. It’s too easy to install and too easy to setup to your functional trainer. It takes the leg developers already great resistance profile and makes it that much better.
It's a must have if you have a functional trainer or any cable pulley system. The constant tension feels way better than using the plate loaded option, even though that feels great as well.
Solid, simple upgrade that adds real functionality to the ABX. The attachment is compact, well-built, and installs in seconds. Cable movement is smooth with no sticking, and it opens up more exercise options without taking up extra space. At $50, it’s a no-brainer add-on if you already have the ABX system. Only downside: limited range depending on your setup height, so positioning matters. Once dialed in, it works exactly as intended.
