Question: Is this a WheelBarrow or a Sled?

Answer: First and foremost, the WheelBarrow Sled is a SLED! It's the world's best all surface sled for pushing and pulling.

The WheelBarrow is an amazing tool for transporting weights or training your upper body. When it's not in use, it folds out of the way. It doesn't interfere with pushing or pulling.

The WheelBarrow Sled is the best of both worlds!

Low pushes bring your knees farther over your toes, making it ideal for knee and quad focused training. High pushes are best for full body training.

Each position engages your ankles, calves, knees, and upper body in different ways - helping you to bulletproof your body with every step.
